We provide two change management training courses tailored to both managers and staff at all levels.

Managing Change – 1 day course

Participants – Up to 15

This course provides managers with an opportunity to share good and bad experiences of change, and understand reactions to change and how leadership can affect adoption of change.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to plan consider feelings about change, for implementation and roll out of change, communicate effectively during change and get buy- in from colleagues.

Embracing Change – 1 day course

Participants – For groups of between 8 and 15

Aimed at staff at all levels, this course looks at common barriers to change and how to overcome them.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to talk about how and why change is often resisted, understand the impact their personal behaviours can have on those around them, explain how attitude can affect performance, look at creating resilience to cope with change.
