As an accredited civil and commercial mediator and Fellow of the RICS, Richard delivers mediation and negotiation training with particular relevance to land, property, business and public service disputes. Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Richard brings a unique insight into conflict resolution and has experience of providing training in Europe, Africa and the United States.
